An avid reader, Marc particularly enjoys historical fiction and escapist genres such as science fiction and alternate histories.
Marc and his wife Tracy moved to Portland in 2006, looking for something a little more civilized after practicing as an attorney in New Jersey and New York. Since relocating, Marc has practiced labor and employment law at the law firm Stoel Rives LLP, representing and counseling employers on a wide variety of employment law issues.
When he's not working or reading, Marc enjoys hiking, photography, and aviation, but above all else lives for spending time with his twin one-year-old daughters, Adeline and Elodie, who are themselves enthusiastic patrons of storytime at several Multnomah County Library branches.
